Macosko Lab Wiki

This site is a wiki for the Macosko Lab, particularly for computational topics.

About the site

Hippo is built with mkdocs. Pages are written in Markdown. The source code is hosted on Github. The repository is private, so you will need to be part of the lab organization to access it.

To add new pages or edit an existing page, open a pull request on the Github project. When the PR is merged, the changes will be deployed automatically. See the development page for more details.

Why "Hippo"?

The hippocampus is a part of the brain with an important role in forming memories. The goal of this site is to store some of the lab's memories (and documentation, and protocols).
